Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation of orders


must be made no later than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or Pick up time.

Food Order Errors


will be corrected immediately on notification that there was an error with food items ordered. Customers will be refunded the sale price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.

Food Order Incomplete


must be reported immediately. Customers may cancel the omitted food item before it is prepared at the restaurant without any query, and will be refunded the amount to a credit card or issued a cash refund.

Dissatisfaction


with food items received caused by dislike in taste or preparation must be reported immediately and returned so that an investigation can be conducted. If an error is confirmed the item will be replaced. If a new item is not desired, a refund will be issued for the equivalent amount of the item.

In order to be eligible to return and be refunded for food order errors or unsatisfactory food items, the items must not have been consumed and returned in the same condition and packaging that it was received in. Food items already purchased must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
